Course Overview
This one day, instructor led Motivating Your Workforce course provides supervisors, managers, and leaders with the knowledge and tools to inspire and engage their teams. Participants will explore the fundamentals of motivation, key motivational theories, and practical strategies to create a motivating work environment. Through goal-setting techniques, values alignment, and job design strategies, attendees will learn how to enhance workplace motivation and drive performance. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of motivation in the workplace and its impact on performance.

- Explore major motivational theories and their application in leadership.
