This position is based out of the Phoenix TS headquarters in Columbia, MD.
The Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to sell individual and group/bulk seats into publicly-available training classes that are held at Phoenix TS training centers.
The National Training Coordinator is responsible for the logistical management and coordination activities required to execute training events at our public locations nationally or at our client locations around the globe. This includes but is not limited to selecting and contracting with trainers, scheduling classes, ensuring the delivery of books and other material, facility availability, budget management of each class, coordination with Sales, IT and Finance, and reviewing registrations/rosters after each class.
The Junior IT Administrator is responsible for supporting the Director of IT and Senior IT Administrators to manage the information technology logistics of the organization.
