Course Overview
This one-day, instructor-led Project Leadership course equips participants with the skills to build, manage, and lead high-performing project teams. Participants will learn to select and optimize team members, enhance productivity, run effective meetings, and foster collaboration. The course also covers communication strategies for engaging sponsors and executives, as well as techniques for handling difficult team members and resolving conflicts. By applying these skills, participants will improve teamwork, leadership effectiveness, and overall project success. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
