Course Overview
This two-day instructor-led training course focuses on the correlation between leadership and organizational culture. Through case studies, this course explains the abstract concept of culture and shows its importance to the management of organizational change.
By the end of this course students will be able to:
- Understand how culture begins, thrives, or dies with leadership
- Manage cultural change effectively and appropriately
- Understand the leader’s role in managing disparate groups
