Course Overview

This 2-day instructor-led course will explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resources and how it can be utilized to transform HR functions. The course will provide an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of AI in HR and its benefits and challenges. Students will learn how AI can be applied in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. The course will also cover how to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate AI solutions for HR functions while ensuring ethical and fair use of AI in their lives. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the HR function.
  • Identify the opportunities and challenges of integrating AI in HR processes.
  • Learn how to leverage AI technologies to enhance employee engagement and recruitment.
  • Analyze case studies of successful AI implementation in HR and apply them to your organization.
  • Develop an action plan for implementing AI in HR, while ensuring data security and ethical considerations.
