Course Overview
Phoenix TS’ Instructor-led training course is for individuals responsible for the federal government’s financial, programs, and resource management. Federal Employees would benefit from learning more about the development of budgets within Federal agencies. Participants will learn about the roles and relationships involved in the PPBE process, the services program and budget submissions, the congressional enactment process and its effect on PPBE, and the basic elements of budget execution.
