Course Overview
This one-day, instructor-led course equips workplace leaders with the skills to deliver impactful feedback in any situation—whether formal or informal, and for employees, peers, or others. Participants will learn how to structure their feedback for lasting effect, manage body language, and maintain professionalism. The course also emphasizes how to effectively apply received feedback to foster personal and professional growth. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
