Course Overview

This one day instructor led course will help supervisory staff resolve conflicts. Participants will learn how to implement conflict resolutions strategies and provide constructive criticism that will help their employees get back on the right track. Conflict resolution and constructive criticism, if done correctly, will provide great benefits to your organization.
