Course Overview
Our 5-day, instructor-led Certified Offensive AI Security Professional (COASP) course in Washington, DC Metro, Tysons Corner, VA, Columbia, MD or Live Online, is an advanced, hands‑on certification designed for security professionals who want to test, exploit, and defend AI systems using offensive security techniques. The program teaches how adversaries attack AI models, applications, agents, and pipelines through techniques such as prompt injection, model extraction, adversarial manipulation, and AI supply‑chain abuse. Through immersive labs and real‑world scenarios, COASP equips practitioners to simulate AI‑powered threats, validate defenses, and harden AI systems across their lifecycle—bridging traditional red‑team skills with modern adversarial AI security. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand AI attack surfaces: Learn how AI/LLM systems work and where they are vulnerable
- Perform AI reconnaissance: Identify AI assets, models, APIs, and attack surfaces
- Conduct AI vulnerability testing: Use scanning and fuzzing techniques to uncover weaknesses
- Execute LLM attacks: Apply prompt injection, jailbreaking, and output manipulation techniques
- Apply adversarial ML attacks: Perform data poisoning, model extraction, and privacy attacks
- Exploit AI systems end-to-end: Simulate real-world attacks across AI pipelines and agents
- Use AI security frameworks: Apply OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS methodologies
- Secure and harden AI systems: Implement defenses, guardrails, and mitigation strategies
- Perform AI red teaming: Test AI systems using structured offensive methodologies
- Respond to AI incidents: Detect, investigate, and handle AI-specific security events
