Course Overview
Phoenix TS’s Instructor-led Benchmarking Best Practices course provides a logical, step-by-step methodology that will enable any agency to benchmark its maintenance function properly. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to do the following with the Federal Workplace Upon completion of this course, students will be able to do the following:
- Associate benchmarking objectives with the organizational strategy
- Design a benchmarking plan for their organization
- Understand the fundamentals of data collection and analysis
