Course Overview

This 2-day instructor led course will provide participants with informative tools and practical strategies that can be used to help empower their team to work towards achieving the benefits of accountability. Accountable employees will fuel performance and productivity and generate an enhanced workplace. When teams implement goals and communicate with one another, they are able to achieve powerful results! At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
