Course Overview
This 3 day course focuses on improving how projects and programs are managed to achieve better quality results. Participants explore key ideas, models, and tools used by leading quality thinkers to strengthen performance and customer satisfaction. They’ll gain an understanding of what quality means, how to design effective quality processes, and how to measure and maintain high standards within an organization. The course also emphasizes developing a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on customer needs, and using proven methods to monitor and enhance performance over time. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
