Course Overview
Phoenix TS’ Instructor-led Creativity course is designed to teach participants to practice and hone their creative skills within the federal workplace. This training will address: Recognizing your creativity, developing your creative environment, Explaining the importance of creativity and innovation in business, and applying problem-solving steps and tools. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define creativity and apply divergent thinking, problem-solving, and imaginative techniques to generate innovative ideas.
- Identify and overcome mental blocks, procrastination, and self-imposed limitations that hinder creativity.
- Cultivate a creative mindset through openness, curiosity, risk-taking, and confidence-building strategies.
- Utilize tools like brainstorming, mind mapping, and visualization to organize and develop creative ideas.
- Optimize personal and environmental factors to support sustained creative thinking and output.
