Company payment, approved company purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to registration.

We accept major credits including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and US Government credit cards.

We also accept PayPal and PayPal Credit® (formerly Bill Me Later®) option.

We accept Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV) and Cisco Learning Credits (CLC) as payment for select Microsoft and Cisco training courses. For more information about what courses qualify for this payment type or how to attain such learning vouchers/credits, contact our team at 301-258-8200.

Phoenix TS is not responsible for fluctuations in costs due to exchange rates if you are making purchases outside of the United States. Prepayment is required from students outside the U.S. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be applied to your invoice. For pre-paid packages, applicable taxes will be deducted from the deposit amount as classes are taken.

Phoenix TS does not approve any registration refunds to training courses scheduled to start 10 days or less from the time of refund request.
